Sustainable eco holidays to remember.
Original duckeepers David & Valery Dean created Lazy Duck in 1999, organically developing this unique environmentally focused, elemental eco holiday experience over the decades. In 2014, Sarah and Phil started dreaming about creating their own small off grid hospitality business in Scotland; their homecoming. Over the next five years there were various adventures to view plots of land then in April 2019, The Lazy Duck lease offer popped onto their search list and by August a lease was signed for Sarah and Phil to become the new duckeepers; finding our flow in Nethybridge. Our homecoming.
The Originals and our shared values based in determination to live lightly on the land has led to a strong friendship. Most importantly for our guests there is no change to The Lazy Duck. You may see some more wildflower meadow and a broader range of well being opportunities but essentially and most importantly; keep on coming home to the same slow living.

· Reducing the amount of waste we send to landfill by composting, recycling, re-using and upcycling.
· Taking responsibility for our local environment, including care of wildlife, forests and moorlands.
