Set on a wee hill, the Woodman’s Hut opens onto a vast view of the Cairngorm Mountains, the Northern Corries and the moorland stretching towards the Ryvoan Pass. There is nowhere else quite like it.

Here, life runs on a different rhythm. Shower outside under water you’ve heated yourself, surrounded by pine and sky. Use the compost loo in its own little hut and light your evening with a small solar lamp as the sun dips behind the hills. It’s all part of the experience — real, unhurried, and deeply restorative.
